Hotel Da Baixa

The staff and location of the hotel were perfect.

We loved rooms and food, every detail was provided. The room was quiet with enough selection, had wake-up service, that's cool. A mini bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control were important for us.

Would recomand this place and would stay there again. We really enjoyed excellent staff and atmosphere.

The staff were outstandingly accommodating and exceptional, no complains at all.

I loved this brand-new hotel, its location and staff.

I had a perfectly pleasant stay. The hotel was nicely appointed, and I loved wonderfully helpful staff and well decorated room. Its location was central, within walking distance of Carmo Archaeological Museum. The breakfast was included and had a lot of meals.

I stayed here 1 night and I loved it.

Unique location with friendly service and best staff. There were adequate & freshly renovated rooms available. Spectacular sea views. The property was near the beach.

It had appetising food, pretty friendly staff and incredible location. Exceptionally comfortable bed, cozy and well-kept rooms. The bar was great. We appreciated our very comfortable stay there a lot.

There was no swimming pool.

The staff was amiable, the hotel was spotlessly clean and placed in an old part of the city close to the sea, Lisbon. Excellent service and excellent value. I loved the location right in the heart of the city.

Simple location, I truly enjoyed highly skilled staff and quirky rooms. Fairly large suite and cozy bed. The continental breakfast was adequate with a huge variety of food.

Dedicated staff and a tasty breakfast. We greatly enjoyed our deluxe queen room with modern furniture. The hotel restaurant was small.

The venue's location and staff were amazing! Location near the beach. Moreover, the area was pretty comfortable. I got free upgrade and loved it.

Shame the bathroom was horrible.

I appreciated that the beach was near the hotel. Popular property in the center of the city, cool rooms. The rooftop bar in the hotel had a wide array of soft tea, coffee and wines throughout the day. Public parking was handy, nonetheless the fee was usd 38 per day.

Absolutely perfect location of the hotel, original rooms and affable staff.

This place is fantastic and the staff are wonderful. Baixa / Chiado district certainly deserves to be visited. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms and care about everyone. Perfect service throughout the hotel.

Everything was really good, bright and impeccable room. The city view was absolutely wonderful. The staff was super amazing and were eager to help with every need.

Located in the tourist area, room is impeccable and well laid out. Customer service oriented personnel was willing to help with our requests, INDIVIDUAL service. The rooms immaculately clean.

Nothing for me!

It was worth its 4 stars. Lovely staff plus the breakfast was excellent! Hotel is deluxe, offers accommodation in a shopping area. My bonus points for Rossio subway station, located around 4-6 minutes walk the property.

The bathroom was excellent. We could easily reach elevador de santa justa, set within 10 minutes' walk. Restaurante Sacramento is located within 900 feet from the hotel
